What it is:

In this full tour of Tikal, clients will delve into the history, biodiversity, architecture, and various periods of occupation of these incredible ruins. These tours are the most “common tours” in Tikal, but we give them a twist, extending the tour for 2 to 3 hours. Not only will we take you to the main plazas, but we will also walk along the unconventional paths to spot wildlife in the thick Maya Jungle. Expect coatis, foxes, agoutis, diverse birds, and all sorts of smaller critters.

As always, our experienced guide will join us as we take you beyond the conventional. Both tours are mesmerising in the dawn or dusk lighting. But please be aware you are going for the awakening and closing of the jungle, not the sun itself. On these tours you will leave with an experience of the whole site, having explored all major temples and paths.
